Rental Information
Mariners Village CC&R's compliance is required by all individuals living within Mariners Village.
Additional restrictions and/or individual assessments may apply to owners whose tenants fail to adhere to the Mariners Village CC&R's and/or other resolutions, restrictions or rules set forth by the Mariners Village Board of Directors.
It is the obligation of the Owner to notify their tenants of the Association CC&R's resolutions, restrictions and or/rules.
New Renter Forms are required so the gate system may be linked to the current resident. This form must be mailed or emailed to the Association within 48 hours of the new tenant takeover of the property.
