ARC
The Architectural Review Committee assists the Board in reviewing plans and specifications for new construction and modifications to existing structures.
The ARC committee assists homeowners with needed requirements for construction and landscape plans, siding/roofing replacement, additions, repainting/paint color changes, tree removal or other exterior changes.
Garden
The Garden Club is a group devoted to organic gardening.
The Garden club utilizes the NW corner of the RV Lot and uses raised beds to grow produce and fruits.
